In many places like rental houses, hotels, and small businesses, there is a constant need to monitor security, disasters(like high temperature and Fire) and control enters an exits. Also, this process should be done by different actors(tenants or landlord, manager or employee)

How
We made IoT-based hardware modular Cameras, PIR, Temperature sensors, and Fire detection Sensors that can be easily installed by nonexperts, also we have developed a mobile application to control them and grant access to the others.
